How it Works

Step 1

Site Survey

An Open Broadband engineer will perform a site evaluation to determine if your residence is a candidate for service. If your home is serviceable the engineer will let you know what packages and speeds are available.

Step 2

Installation

An Open Broadband installation technician will come to your home to determine the best location for optimal signal and speed. Installation of the high speed fixed wireless antenna will take approximately 1-3 hours.

Step 3

Getting Connected

After installation is complete the Open Broadband technician will setup the provided WiFi router and assist you with connecting your devices. Though we do provide home WiFi routers you may elect to configure and use your own.
